We used Eco Cleaning for over two years before moving to another city in September 2020. They always did a fantastically thorough job, were responsive and flexible where needed and it was great to know our home was being cleaned without using environmentally damaging chemicals and by people who were being paid fairly for their excellent work. Before finding Eco Cleaning I had been through two cleaning services that both went the same way: they would do a great job for a month or so and then the quality would slowly get worse and worse. This is not the case with Eco Cleaning Bristol. I am very meticulous when it comes to having things clean and I could never find anything to complain about--they cleaned our home as though it was their own. Upon finishing my last tenancy, I had to find a cleaner last minute as the ones I had booked cancelled on me. Acna was recommended to me by my landlord who had great previous experiences with them. I paid upfront, they arranged access with my landlord after I left Bristol and I received my deposit back in full from my landlord a couple days later. All in all, very happy!

Anca and her team have been cleaning our house once a month for the past four years and we have always been very happy. Other cleaners may charge less and do quick visits for the easy things but when Eco Cleaning Bristol have been I can trust that the house will have been cleaned thoroughly. Eco Cleaning Bristol have just cleaned my kitchen and it is sparkling! Looks like I won't have to repaint after all! They were quick and efficient and weren't at all phased by the fact it was untidy when they arrived. I didn't know it was possible to get my oven that clean.
