Services
Rencraft are British designers and manufacturers of the finest bespoke kitchens and furniture. The company was established in 1980 by Nick Pile, a local man with a passion for engineering and a love for woodwork. Along with a small team of dedicated craftsmen, Nick set about producing handmade furniture from a converted barn on Chart Farm near Sevenoaks.
Our friendly, experienced team is made up of highly skilled craftsmen, helpful office staff and inspirational designers with exceptional design skills. We don't believe in the "hard sell". We simply listen to your requirements and then work with you, providing you with the help and guidance you need to make your project a success.

Once you have architects plans or a simple sketch, our designers can begin to consider the best way to maximise the space. We bring fresh ideas, years of experience, technical expertise and patience! Our aim is to translate your dreams into a reality. At an initial meeting we will spend time gaining a thorough understanding of your objectives, brainstorming ideas and understanding practical requirements as well as the overall look and style.
The Modular Kitchen from Rencraft provides an alternative to our bespoke kitchen designs. Launched in 2019, this is a carefully developed range of cupboards, designed to fit into most regular shaped rooms or spaces. The range is not available with any bespoke elements. Instead, the client is provided with a selection of cabinets to create a kitchen that is simple, practical and beautiful.

Special mention for Sarah Cooper who was outstanding throughout the process - patient, innovative and clearly talented in her space; Sarah in large part drove our decision to engage Rencraft over larger luxury bespoke kitchen providers. Having decided to renew our kitchen, we looked at a variety of bespoke manufacturers including Rencraft who installed our existing kitchen 17 years ago
Having looked at both the quality of the product and the price we decided to use Rencraft again. In reality our existing kitchen was still in remarkably good condition but we had decided to make the breakfast room into the kitchen and vice versa and the units did not fit in the new location. We have had most of the old units, including the sink unit, fitted in the garage and we have had a large dresser unit repainted and fitted in the breakfast

I'll admit to being a bit biased as I work here but I genuinely believe that this is a beautiful kitchen showroom. All the kitchens are made in the workshop which is literally right next to the showroom - so you can even go and see a kitchen being made if you want to. The staff are friendly, there's no hard sell. If you want to support a local company you would do well to buy your kitchen from here.

A much belated thanks to Rencraft, especially Steve Sellen, who led the team, for a superb kitchen. Steve was extraordinarily patient with the many design changes over an extended period of time and it was a joy to work with him. You get a truly bespoke kitchen. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism was excellent. I would highly recommend Rencraft for any kitchen project.
