Lloyd Richards is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with specific professional training, detailed Institute Chartered Practice requirements and has over 40 years experience in this field.
My geographical work area for direct clients and local freelancing is to Cornwall boundaries. For outworking business support, I can communicate with businesses centered anywhere in the UK. I am pleased to say that I have been born, educated, raised my own family, and lived and worked in Cornwall all my life.
During my working life since the mid-seventies I have positively contributed to Cornwall's built environment whilst working in Cornish design practices and in local government before entering into private practice. Since becoming self-employed, I have worked on several significant local residential, commercial, community, leisure and tourism projects on my own account in addition to providing freelancing services to other design practices.
