It was originally called Cornwall Architectural Design Ltd. The founders had a vision of creating a leading architectural practice that would compete with the larger firms outside of Devon and Cornwall. Having subsequently been joined by Christopher Hendra and Peter Bayly, the company has gone on to achieve that goal.
Having grown to become the leading independent Chartered Practice in South West England, we can offer our clients a complete range of architectural services for any type of residential, commercial or leisure project. Our designers and specialists can therefore ensure that you are getting the professional advice that you need at every stage.

CAD Heritage have a unique ability to identify and work with the individual factors which define the character and special interest of our Listed buildings & historic settlements. We have gained a reputation as one of the most effective heritage and building conservation consultancies in South West England.
Due to the vital role that civil engineering plays in many of our projects, we have our own in-house civil engineer. Peter Lapin is a fully qualified civil and structural engineer, qualified in Construction Health and Safety. He understands every facet of architectural engineering and is involved in all projects that we carry out in South West England.

Recently had the privilege of providing Revit architecture essential training to a great bunch of the team who don't already know Revit as part of a major company wide rollout as they fully embrace the BIM way of delivering 3D housing designs to their discerning client base.
