Awful service, please avoid this company. Poor quality windows installed which they agreed to change and took over a year and a half to try and sort. The replacements were no better then the company refused to do anything about it. Lucking my credit card company agreed the goods were shoddy and issued a refund. Would not recommend at all!

From the time ryan came out to our home and his presentation of our the quote we were pleasantly suprised then came the best bit martin and stuart have done an absolutely amazing job with our new windows and doors leaving our house tidy even hoovering and taking out dust sheets backwards on their hands and knees to the front door they have worked to a very high professional standard and been very pleasant to have here we,d like to thank everyone at ddm for the amazing job they've done totatransforming our house

Virtually ALL of the windows have failed after 6 years. Some were replaced under warranty. We're still finding small shards of glass coming up in the garden when they smashed the old windows and let the glass fall onto the lawn.
Very disappointed in the quality..I would not use them again.
Edit: following on from the post above, DDM asked me to email them which I did. So, far, no reply to my email.
Update March 26th : Well, after emailing DDM , they've still not got in touch ( I supplied email and phone number and they have my address).
I stand by my original comments regarding poor quality
