Requested them to replace a front door. Existing door was old, in poor condition and fitted poorly. The work delivered from TWS was opposite end of the scales. Fitment and look of product is better than we expected and quality of the product was really good too.
As a bonus, asked them to look at our existing windows as we had no keys for the locks and a broken barrel in one handle. Fitter replaced all four for us free of charge.
Would highly recommend if you want a new front door, their showroom is really good and every single person from the company we spoke to or dealt with were polite, helpful

Went to TWS after being let down by many builders and other door companies and spoke to Lucy and OMG was she helpful!!!! I was at the point of attempting to change a door panel myself and she did absolutely everything she could to help. Lucy is very professional and is a great asset to TWS and any other door and window related work I need doing I will be going to TWS from now on. Also She liaised with one of their window and door technicians and I'm so sorry I can't remember his name but he was also extremely helpful and very professional and quick changing the panel and adding a cat flap in for

We would recommend TWS as being an excellent supplier and installer of Quality windows and doors. The whole experience has been good with the work being carried out to a high standard. The installers ( James and Lewis) were pleasant and efficient, even having to battle wind and rain did not delay them. TWS provided an excellent service from start to finish. Everything was dealt with professionally and nothing was too much trouble for them. The fitters were excellent as was the builder who enlarged a pair of doors in our kitchen. The windows are high quality and represent a big upgrade to our house both aesthetically and in terms of the property now being much warmer. Would thoroughly recommend.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our complete satisfaction both with the way that Tom Dyson dealt with out enquiry and in particular the way that Gary Barnett the fitter carried our the installation last Friday. We both had concerns in advance about how the work would be done, but we cannot fault the attention to detail and the quality of the overall workmanship that Gary displayed during the day. We are thrilled by the end result and only regret that we didn’t have the work done several years ago.

TWS were recommended to me and I am really pleased with my decision to go ahead with them. They consulted me during the process, making suggestions, which have enhanced the end result.
