It has been a nightmare experience with this company. I arranged to have all of my flooring replaced, a combination of carpets and engineered wood. They have a trick of getting you to pay them for the carpets and the fitters separately for the fitting. In this way, the absolve themselves from all responsibility of any problems with the fitting. It ensures that you can't withhold payment for the most expensive part of the work should anything go wrong (because they've already taken payment prior to work starting).
