My sister wanted a carpet for her kitchen. The kitchen is north facing with ceramic floor tiling, so very cold, especially in winter. She rang Perfection carpets, and explained, due to ill health, she couldn't get to the shop. Lauren, was brilliant, told her not to worry, and that Richard would call out to see her. Another problem is Joans eyesight is fading, so struggles to see colours. I cannot tell you how fantastic the carpet looked. Richard had helped Joan select the perfect carpet and colour choice, then John, the very experienced fitter, competed the full quality service. It has totally

Received fantastic bespoke customer service throughout with Richard. He was so patient and spent a lot of time talking through all the options until we were comfortable with our choice. The pricing was more transparent then other places and was excellent value for money. We are thrilled with the end result and will definitely use Perfection Carpets in the future. 5 star service:)

Absolutely fantastic service from this company!
From the initial consultation, through the quote process and the completion of the first two rooms, they have been helpful, friendly, flexible and an absolute joy to deal with.
They will also be fitting my stair runner and any further carpeting requirements I have in the future.

Really impressed with the service we received from Perfection Carpets.
We were well advised on which carpet would be best for us and they didn't try to oversell or make us buy the more expensive ranges. They were able to come and measure up very quickly and gave us honest advice about the underlay already in our property, actually saying it was in good enough condition to keep. Again we were impressed that they were honest and didn't encourage us to purchase things we didn't need. The fitters were prompt, friendly and worked efficiently.
Would definitely use Perfection Carpets again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great value, loads to choose from. Moved furniture for us, absolutely amazing customer service would definitely recommend to anyone, especially the elderly as my grandmas had her carpets done by them too and they were so patient with her. Lovely team of fitters.
