Trouble free and friendly experience for a superb job from start to finish.
Tony (Installations) and his team were punctual, very courteous, knowledgeable, tidy, helpful and always happy, especially to ensure that our concerns as to how the installation of 34 units were to be undertaken were fully explained before the job commenced. On a job of this size with parts of the house dating back to the 18th century, challenges occurred which were fully assessed, discussed with resultant decisions implemented with the minimum of fuss with the whole overall job resulting in very little damage to the outside

Martindale windows and doors replaced the windows and doors in our property. Originally asked for them to come round based on reviews we had read online. Have to say from the initial appt with Tony who was brilliant from start to finish. The fitters were prompt and efficient. The whole process was great and simple. There were no questions pressure sales tactics just honest advise. Tony and the fitters Ryan and Cliff are a credit to the company.

We had a few companies come round to quote for our windows. From Martindale Windows we had a chap called Tony. Have to admit he was very helpful and forthcoming with us. Nothing was ever touch trouble for him. Price was very competitive and service second to none. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for services they offer.

Tony has been very helpful right from the start as he answered lots of our queries and arranged us a prompt and hassle free quotation which was very competitively priced. Once payment made, we got our survey within 10 working days but then there was a little long wait until we can get the installation to happen and there was a little a lack of communication in this process, which is why the 1 star is not given.. On the day installation day, two fitters were incredibly friendly, professional and very tidy. We are pleased with the installation result...Thanks for doing the work nicely!

I contacted Martindale Windows as I required a new front door, they arranged a prompt hassle free quotation that was competitively priced, unlike a number of other companies I had approached. Once we had placed the order we were regularly updated regarding installation. On the day the two fitters arrived on time and were incredibly friendly, professional and very tidy. I am thrilled with the service I have received from start to finish along with the quality and workmanship of my purchase.
