Services
We offer our potential customers a free, no obligation site visit. At this point, we are always happy to discuss your ideas, as well as to offer our own if desired. After the initial site visit, we can advise on planning matters, both from a design perspective and in terms of what is possible from a building perspective.
AGD Architectural will generally work on a fixed fee basis for the design stages of your project. We publish our fees as most of our clients have never carried out construction work. Knowing what the cost will be for securing planning permission or building regulations approval for your proposed development proves to be reassuring for our clients and ourselves.
Planning permission is the consent of the Council as Local Planning Authority to carry out development of land or buildings. Planning permission may not be necessary to extend your home, your home may well have permitted development rights which allows certain extensions or loft conversions to be built in certain locations.

I would recommend AGD Architectural 100%.
I commissioned Andrew to produce the plans for a chapel coversion in Snowdonia, originally built in 1867. He understood the brief perfectly and delivered a stunning design, one that sustained the integrity of the building yet integrated with modern living.
Original chapel materials were incorporated into the build: beams, floor boards. glazing, slate and granite can be found throughput. The generous spaces, vaulted ceiling, gothic windows and doors all create a style and atmosphere that the chapel deserves.
So if you are looking for a professional, that

AGD Provided us with a complete solution to our home extension. I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge they provided, and personal service.
My Wife and I decided on a self build approach to the work, and they provided us with invaluable advice and tips tailored to our limited building experience even long after their work was done. Our work was under the permitted development scheme and the application process was handled completely by AGD.
Above all they were supportive of our ideas and did not talk down to us, something we have experienced many times throughout the project.
