After noticing a hole in the roof and membrane of our three story house, we contacted Patrick and numerous other local roofers. Most did not reply, or did not have capacity, while Patrick responded the same day and came out to view the problem promptly. He quickly returned a very good value quote. Due to being three story, he arranged scaffolding and then got the job done promptly. He took pictures as he went along with the repair and showed the work that he had completed. He is professional and would strongly recommend.

I bean call him last week hi tell me will call me back and will arrive Thursday or Friday no one call or come so I have to call back
I call on Friday to ask did hi will come and he say not coming on Friday but will give me call next week so I waiting and today is Tuesday but no one call or come
The guy is waste my time not say coming or not just waste my time avoid him it's not serious like many others not recommend

P Smith building and roofing carried out a roof repair which another company did badly. Excellent work very reasonably priced. They also installed a new fence for us which is amazing. We asked for plastic fence panels and although its something they don’t usually work with went out of their way to source for us. Their work is really progressional and their service second to none. Nothing was too much trouble even when we added a few more requests to the job which we hadn’t thought of at the time. Will definitely be using this company in the future and would highly recommend them. Thank you

Needed someone reliable to fix my leaking roof ,, Patrick was highly recommended for being honest and trustworthy, as I'm a woman on my own I worry about cowboy builders .
