Unfortunately I failed to do my research before using this scam artist. At every turn there was something else so I ended up paying much more than originally quoted. When confronted about his cowardly acts he just ignored me, sprinting to his car to get away. I've seen he's even had to get a family member to leave a 5 star review to bolster it up a bit, always be wary of directors who change their name. Steer clear, I'll never get my money back, lesson learned

Fantastic service from Mark at Bournemouth Carpets who fitted carpet in my cabin and bedrooms at my home, very patient with fitting arrangements and were very professional throughout the whole process. Mark came around and showed me different samples which was at a convenient time for me and brought round a variety of samples to look through. Good initial meeting with Ashley where quote was accepted and very competitive. At meeting as I was having new vinyl floor laid in lounge I asked about moving furniture in the room. He said no worries the fitters will do everything move the furniture around as required. (I had friends over who witnessed he said this). When the day arrived to lay the vinyl the fitters walked into the lounge and then refused to do the work and walked out as they were told I believe by Ashley that the lounge would be cleared by me prior to arriving. Disgusting treatment from this company who we're still in dispute with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We paid £2000 for a vinyl floor and things went wrong from day one. Firstly we paid extra to have a ridge in the floor levelled out that wasn't, and when I asked the installer why it wasn't levelled properly he said "Well, I could level it properly but it'd take longer....". So we now have a ridge between two rooms. We could probably live with that but then the real problem started; even before the vinyl was fully laid we noticed scratches appearing from even the lightest use, and when

Fantastic service from planning stage to fitting. I could not fault their attention to detail. we had a very difficult shaped hall stair and landing with intricate pattern detailing and this was all matched perfectly. i would recommend this company to anyone.
