Had flooring laid from these guys and now 5 days later still waiting for door bars however when the laid the latex they thought it was a good idea not to sheet up my patio as this was just laid about 3 months ago now there's all latex over my slabs and up the wall to my house which im waiting for them to come clean they poured all there slops over my stones which has discoloured them would not use again

I cannot recommend Dan and his team high enough. They have helped us with all the floors in the whole house other than our bathrooms. The advice re LVT and flexibility in getting us the carpets we wanted was fantastic. Vincent and Adey who laid everything in the whole house were a a delight to work with and so professional in their work.
I would highly recommend Westbourne Flooring and we will be back, thank you Dan and the team!

First part of the job started ok as planned. Second part kept being delayed with all kinds of excuses blaming suppliers, equipment, employees etc. The floor was done as expected. The skirting boards were done in a shocking quality. Work place was left messy, promised to sort it out, but never happened. Bad communication, had to constantly chase. Overall - bad experience, won't use again.

There is a good selection of flooring, with honest and helpful advice. I have never felt like I am being sold the carpet that will make them the most money. I can also say that their prices are just as good, if not better than larger well-known carpet stores.
I have now used Westbourne Flooring twice in 2 different houses.
Having fitted flooring in a total of 13 rooms for me to date (carpets as well as Karndean flooring). I can confidently say that their prices are competitive, the customer service great and the quality and fitting top notch.
