I have had the whole of my house carpeted and new flooring fitted about a year ago by Cutwise Floowing. From the moment I went into the shop, to the salesman coming out to measure and finally the fitters laying the carpets and flooring it was a hassle free non pressurised enjoyable experience. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
Cutwise were very competitive .
My daughter has had 2 carpets fitted by them today and again excellent service.

We have had an issue with the product and initially had a very poor response in dealing with it. However, this was due to one particular staff member not ‘managing’ the issue correctly; he has since departed the company. Today, I have spoken with Dave who was both accommodating and keen to rectify this as soon as possible. This treatment was a mirror image of the service we first encountered back in the summer with Barclay and was a major factor in our decision to use them.
Confident that a resolution is imminent and they do truly care about their customers, I would recommend and use them

Absolutely first class service from initial contact, samples from their showroom, measuring, quoting and of course the final installation. You will not find a better flooring service and their prices are superbly competitive. (Karndean over 3 rooms, with a very picky wife who couldn't fault them either!!). 10/10 guys - well done.
