Our work has focused predominantly on residential projects either for private clients or developers although we have also designed many commercial and health related schemes.
As a practice we have developed effective working relationships with planning authorities and we have a proven track record of achieving difficult planning consents in sensitive locations. We always agree a detailed brief to ensure the clients wishes are central to any design. We also appreciate the importance of designing to an agreed budget.
