Architecture should always be about an experience; It's inherently visual, but should always be tactile. We've invested in the technology, software and team training to be able to provide you with 3D printed models of your proposed building. We can consult with the planning department in your local authority on your proposed development. In complex or challenging cases, a Pre-Application enquiry is often recommended to help smooth the planning process as the planner will often discuss relevant policies that effect the area and share their opinion on the scheme 'without prejudice'.

Surveys Report

Before we can begin working on proposals, we need accurate, measured drawings. As such, one of the first things we do is measure up your whole property and prepare existing drawings. These will be prepared in digital format (AutoCAD or Revit), suitable for use by other professionals. We still use tape measures for the odd tricky situation, but the bulk of survey measurement is done by laser for improved speed and accuracy.
