Services
We have over 10 years experience in Loft Extensions, with the need for loft extensions growing this is a huge part of the work we cover. Every Loft extension is varied everyone's taste is so unique, please see our gallery for previous loft extensions carried out. Whatever you require to be refurbished, we have all the right people on board to deal with this.
Removal of supporting wall and strengthen ceiling joists (to support structure), create and install new on-suite, fit new external doors and windows, block up doorways, fit new internal doors, fit velux window, fit new loft hatch, plaster throughout. From contacting Lee and asking for a quote on the various list of things we wanted done, he and his team were very good.
How long will it take? At Sadler Construction we only have our client's best interests in mind. At quotation stage we will give you an anticipated time in which we believe the works will be completed. We will always be honest if the schedule is likely to over run, however we pride ourselves on meeting our clients needs and getting the job done as efficiently as possible.

Lee and his team transformed our family bathroom into a modern usable delight. Lee went out of his way to source a shower tray, sliding door and towel radiator after we were let down by a supplier. This is the second time we've used Sadler Construction and I've a few more projects I'll be calling them back for. Having Sadler Construction manage the project took the stress out of it as they organise everything.

Lee worked on a side and porch extension, kitchen refit and downstairs refurbishment for us between March and August 2020 (while we were both working at home, with our two kids and dog) and it was honestly a pleasure to have him and his team here. At each stage false walls meant the noise, mess and disruption was kept to a minimum, and Lee's… meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness meant that each night there was hardly any tidying for us to do.
He and his team were always polite, friendly, considerate of us and the children and I wouldn't hesitate to have any of them back again.
