We used VSM for a two-storey extension and complete re-modelling of our quite tired looking house. We had seen some earlier work by the company and been impressed with the speed and quality of work. Valy was very responsive when asked to come and quote for the work and prepared detailed quotes which were very competitive.
The work took about 5 months to complete, and Valy's team dealt with some disruptive weather conditions (cold, wet) and have delivered us an unrecognisable house (from before) that gives us loads more room and a much more suitable living space for a family of 4.

Valy, George and Johnny did an outstanding job (in fact, several, as we have had them back to do other work for us). George's carpentry is of a standard you don't get often these days... excellent plastering, painting.... we had total confidence in Paul's electrical wiring etc. If you are considering ANYTHING to do with renovations or home improvements, i think you will struggle to get better service, prompt, COVID safe, clean, efficient and really good value for money. We will have NO hesitation in using them again...

We had a very large project completed with VSM. We often changed our plans as we went. The team kept up with this and always showed complete professionalism. Good ideas provided and knowledge throughout the build. Always very polite and tidy ensuring our living space during the build was habitable and safe! We appointed Valy and VSM to do some work on our kitchen, including stripping out the room, bricking up an existing door, inserting a new French door and reinstating a window opening that had been blocked. They also laid a concrete subfloor, installed an underfloor heating system, insulated and plastered the internal walls with wood fibre and lime… plaster, and tiled the floor with natural limestone slabs. They also organised for all electrical and plumbing work to be done.
