We are very disappointed with the 'Ariana Criss Cross Soft Fringed Rug' we ordered from Land of Rugs.
It hasn't been cut straight so the rug looks awful and no matter how you try and lay it the rug simply looks crooked. Complete waste of money and Land of Rugs refuses to replace the item or offer a refund. They say that we need to report a fault within 48 hours which is ridiculous as this fault isn't something that could have been any cause of our own. If the rug wasn't cut straight it wasn't cut straight. It shouldn't matter if I tell them in two hours or a few months. This was nothing to do

I purchase the Twilight Silver White shaggy rug 200x250cm. Absolutely delighted with the rug and it looks great in my new home. I purchased it prior to my house move and it arrived very securely wrapped and was therefore perfect to go straight into storage. Customer service and delivery was excellent too! A very happy customer.

Really good reliable company, I have now purchased 5 rugs from Land of Rugs and they have all been fantastic I have been so pleased with all of them. Not only that they have always arrived on time sometimes even sooner than stated. The rugs were all different in design and size but the quality of all of them has been excellent. Thank you

I ordered a large round 'Mehari' rug from Land of Rugs, & just 3 days later it arrived. It has transformed my room. It's fabulous quality, thick luxurious pile & importantly it lays flat. It's exactly the same colour as on the website. I absolutely love it. The service is brilliant & I highly recommend this company. Thank you Land of Rugs.

Land of Rugs was recommended to me by my close friend. I ordered an outdoor extra large rug around 2pm, the rug arrived the next day by mid afternoon. I was very impressed by their fast delivery. The rug was beautiful, pictures does not do justice. I love it and deffo ordering another rug for my dining room. Very impressed with their fast delivery and quality.
