First time using The Carpet Stop and we wasn't disappointed. Great choice of flooring coupled with excellent customer service, these guys were really helpful. The fitting was done in no time and made a very good job. Would highly recommend 👌

Really good customer service in the shop, great price carpet and value for money, great communication on the fitting dates and times. Also, the fitters were amazing and really went out of there way to fit a challenging carpet.

Firstly just wanted to say thank you to AJ for the amazing customer support provided. I was in a bit of a pickle because of another carpet company who took my money and never showed up on the day of the fitting. I had removed all the carpet and because of them being a no show, I had no carpet. I was very upset because upon ringing up that company, they said they won’t make it until mid January. I then cancelled with that company and contacted The Carpet Stop who being as amazing as they are sorted getting my house carpeted and at such an amazing price. With the other company I was paying loads

Had my bedroom carpet fitted. Lovely guy. Very polite and considerate. Job done in no time. Recommend this carpet shop 100% had a stair carpet done a few years ago. Same service. Brilliant. WILL be going back for all my carpets. Job well done.

Had my daughters bedroom carpet delivered and fitted yesterday. It took not even 45 minutes for it all to be complete and it is a big sized room. I am happy with the quality and fitting and I would highly recommend! Will be getting you guys back to do the rest of my rooms!!

From buying to fitting. It was so easy. AJ is a polite and pleasant sales man. Nothing is too much trouble. Colin and Jason have just fitted both the lounge and conservatory carpets, on one of the hottest days. Worked very well and quickly. Thanks Carpet Stop.

Really good for value, fab carpet and vinyls. Had the entire house fitted, cheaper than all other carpet places in Burton. Definitly recommend. Fitting service and staff were fantastic. Would recommend anyone to visit this store first!
