I switched to 8CW quite some time ago, as my previous window-cleaner only turned up once in a blue moon!
8CW is slightly more expensive than many others but I prize the quality of his work and his ultra-reliable service. I can honestly say that I am delighted with 8CW, and I have recommended him to others in my village, and I know they are equally delighted.
I particularly like the way Simon will not take on work that he cannot do properly - I guess that is why his predecessor gave such a poor service.

Called this company to get windows cleaned and was flatly refused because I was a one off job. They never stopped to ask if there was potential to become a regular customer at new house, which there was. When I phoned I had to ask if I had reached the company as it was a personal mobile number. Sure hope the quality of their work doesn't reflect their lack of professionalism.
