Established in 2009, as principle contractor, JDL provides a complete construction service to our clients. We pride ourselves on our level of commitment and communication with our clients. JDL have completed a single storey front and double storey side extensions for Mr and Mrs Totman. Alongside the extensions, a lot of internal alterations took place, as well as a full refurbishment of their property. JDL were recommended along with others by our architect who had completed our plans, of all the quotes we received.

Great team and really motivated guys. We used JDL for some refurb works to our new home and the process was really simple from start to finish, no hidden fees no messing around. The cost was reasonable we are really happy with the final works. Would recommend!

We had a considerable amount of work done by JDL Construction including demolition of an outside store, footings and wall construction for a 8 x 3.5 metre conservatory, knocking down an interior solid wall and inserting the necessary RSJ, removal and replacement of ceilings, re-routing of drainage and re-landscaping of the garden.
All the work was carried out to schedule and budget and an excellent job was done in every respect. The guys on site were cheerful, helpful and willing to ensure that the job was done to our satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending JDL to anyone requiring

Cannot speak highly of JDL Construction. Jamie has just finished a two storey side extension for us and has done a fantastic job. Nothing was ever a problem and he always had an answer or advice for any questions we had. The workmanship was fantastic as was the price ! Jamie would organise the deliveries if we weren't able to and would even collect materials himself if it helped. The job was left
clean and tidy at the end of each day. Any extra work asked for was never an issue. I work within the engineering industry so have dealt with a lot of construction companies

As a contractor I needed someone reliable and skilled to lay decorative brick walls on a number of projects. Jamie has never let me down, allways on time, friendly and polite to customers, very clean and hardworking. Jamie has also enhanced some of my designs by offering his advice. Every job Jamie has completed has been to a very high standard. It's nice to be able to leave a job in Jamies hands and know there will be no problems! Highly recommended!
