AJA Building Services are general builders, we specialise in brickwork and re-pointing but have experience over many years and are competent in all aspects of building. We are experts in conservation work to listed buildings, chimney repairs, pointing and re-pointing. We will be pleased to quote for your building requirements, whether it's a home extension or a small building repair job.
Whether it's a small porch, a large extension or a loft conversion AjA Building Services provides all aspects of the project from site clearance to decoration at completion. We work closely with all local authorities throughout and finish all works to a very high standard. Not only will a loft conversion or extension provide versatile extra space, but it will substantially enhance the value of your property if, or when, you decide to move on.
We have extensive experience in the skills required to use traditional building methods to repair and maintain listed buildings. We specialise in the use of lime mortars for repointing and bedding and we are able to source materials to match repairs. We can re build chimneys, roofs and walls to original designs using reclaimed materials.
Many thanks for the fine job you did in replacing the floor of our conservatory. We were having terrible problems with rising damp at the end of last year and you diagnosed correctly that the membrane originally laid was a. inadequate and b. imperfectly installed. We have now had a new carpet fitted and the whole effect is spectacular!
