We are education sector specialists and provide classroom refurbishments, stand alone classroom extensions, new build nurseries, toilet & kitchen refurbishments, playground rejuvinations and building restorations.
For the private sector we also provide large conversions, extensions and renovations. As highly respected contractors, we can work to the school calendar and demonstrate a considerate approach when rising to the challenges of delivering construction projects on occupied school premises.

Services
DGH Construction was founded by David Hewitt, predominantly specialising in schools. Over many years David built a strong relationship with clients, surveyors and schools directly based on delivering quality projects on time and on budget. When David considered retirement he wanted the company to continue, in 2013 Sean Moore was appointed director, with David continuing in a consultancy role.
The school holidays are always busy. During the summer six week break, we could have up to 12 projects running, with a cumulative value of 800 - 1 million. The company is now headed by Sean Moore, with Clare Moore company secretary. Site managers look after the day to day running of projects and the coordination of the skilled labour force.
