I was unfortunate to have a Mears carpet through a new build Taylor Wimpey home, so it wasn't cheap! After 8 months the pile was completely flat and impossible to bring back to life. Looked like a 10 year old carpet. Despite complaining I was told tough. This is what its like. Terrible carpets and terrible service. Nothing good to say.

Ordered an item for delivery. It didn't turn up. Rang to see were it was. Lady said she'd check for estimated time of arrival and ring back. They never rang back. The item has still not turned up. Please shop somewhere else. You will be let down. There sales team is brilliant. Every other aspect is AWEFUL.

I have had my whole house supplied and fitted by Mears. I can honestly say they were extremely helpful. Not having much of an idea about the different types of carpets, Jean was happy to discuss and aid me in deciding what suits a busy lifestyle - and a five year old. Compared to another cost i sourced first they were very competitive. I decided to use Mears, not just based on a financial decision, but because of the service and help they provided. I have not had any issues with my new carpets and love them! I highly recommend Mears and will be using them again.

I have been shopping at Mears Carpets now for the last 5 years and i can whole heartedly say that they have looked after me like a friend and a valued customer. I have never had any issues with the quality of the carpets and i have always had a first class service and has been a wonderful experience with the friendly staff, especially with the two love lovely ladies...

Recommended to shop at Mears for a carpet by my parents who have used the company for 40 years. They spoke very highly of the staff and their attention to detail. I was acknowledged as I entered the shop, and then allowed to wander freely without any hard sell.
