I was looking to get a new carpet and my mother in law was very keen that I used Gainsborough. After reading the reviews I was a little worrried about cost but was told "they are not the cheapest and they are not the dearest but they are the best". I went to the showroom and explained my requirements to Eddie who recommended a couple of options, I took some samples home and made my decision over the weekend. Eddie came and measured up and within a few days I had a price, refreshingly this came without any free offers or gimmicks if I signed up today. After a couple of weeks the carpet was being

Staggered how this company is still in business, our initial interaction with Mark was fantastic and we had a date confirmed of the 26th August to start work, this was tied into our build and worked perfectly.
Whilst our builder was away another guy came and said the floor wasn't good enough and he needed to speak to our builder, who called and spoke to him whilst he was on his holiday. Our builder even arranged for him to come back when he was back from hols so he could confirm what was needed and he could do it. The guy from Gainsborough never returned!!!

Over the moon with our carpet and bathroom flooring, the fitting and the service.
From start to finish the team were professional and although we had a few hiccups (the manufacturer's fault NOT Gainsborough's) we are blown away by the results.
As soon as we walked into the shop we were properly looked after, the knowledge these guys have is really special. Thank you for helping finish our kiddie's bedrooms and for the bargain bathroom extra!
Warren, the fitter, was super nice and has done an excellent fit that we know will be there for years. We'll be back to Gainsborough for the rest of the
