We had a lounge carpet and underlay fitted. The whole process from choosing the carpet to finish was quality, the advice from choosing a carpet was wide ranging and not pushing any particular brand, the quality of each range was explained, we were able to take swatches home to look at the carpets in our own home, no pressure to buy there and then, we could choose at our own leisure, once chosen the fitting was done within a couple of weeks and done well, the carpet fitter was very good, only downside was we had to remove and dispose of old carpet and the waste from fitting new, not a big problem

Excellent company. Needed a newly purchased property fitting right through with carpet, came out quickly and measured up, then invited us to the shop to choose the carpets - full help throughout. We had a slight glitch that one of the carpets wasn't available 2 days before fitting, they went above and beyond to help us get sorted. Fitting day was a breeze - pleasure using, and would use again, highly recommend to others - thanks.
