Herron Windows (UK) Limited was formed in 1992 by it's current Directors, N.J. Edwards and D.T. Burgess and employed a staff of just six people operating from a single factory unit in Hawkins Lane, Burton-0n-Trent. The concept was clear 'to Manufacture and install high quality products at sensible prices giving exceptional value for money hence our mission statement:- 'Where Quality Costs less than you think'.
Our Window frames are made from 70mm bevelled system that can be internally or externally glazed. The window is fully reinforced to British Standards using galvanised steel and fully fusion welded (it uses no mechanical joints). All styles and sizes of windows are available in a choice of White, Rosewood on White, Light Oak on White, Full Rosewood, Full Light Oak and various Artisan Colours (Please ask for details).
Our doors offer a perfect solution for homeowners wanting to improve the look of their home without compromising on security. We also have low maintenance Composite Doors, which combine laminated timber subframes, steel security inserts and specially formulated Glass Reinforced Plastic and Thermoplastic external skins.
Herron Windows specialise in the design and installation of the latest specification, tailor made Conservatories, Lean-To's, Sun Rooms and Orangeries. Our products utilise the latest in locking systems for added security and peace of mind as well as some of the most aesthetically pleasing profiles available today.
These all help to create a specialised Office area when working from home, being a bright airey room, which ultimately provides a relaxing space to work or Garden Room to enjoy your garden from a different aspect. Here at Herron we have even created a free standing conservatory, as a home for a large family of tortoises.

We were let down between “can do” sales process and post agreement to proceed survey stage revealing extensive complication and price increase. Wasted time and now have to look again with already rejected other contractors. Would not recommend.
Further to your response I totally agree re safety. However this was specifically discussed at the time with your sales rep, who checked with his colleague at the time, and we were advised that only one elevation “may” require scaffold. At survey this became all elevations at additional cost. Feels like a low ball sales price to then up the price
