From the first initial contact for a quote, this company has been nothing but friendly and professional.
Stuart came to fit my stairs carpet today, he has done an excellent job, cleaned up after himself to!
Again, he was very friendly & professional.

Excellent service from Mark and Terry from start to finish choosing a carpet for our lounge. Both have great knowledge gained through experience. The carpet fitters Charlie and Neil did a professional job in fitting the carpet. Ian the carpenter did a good job on the door. Trusted trader vendor.

Mark is a gent to deal with, very flexible and accommodating. All his team are very professional. I went to Mark to get some laminate flooring for one room in our house. Fast forward 2 years later and Ive had every single room in the house done from him - carpet, laminate, vinyl... great prices and great service.

I highly recommend Concept Carpets. Brilliant customer service, extremely efficient, and excellent quality! Terry in store is polite and spends time making sure you get the floor covering you want, he's helpful, and not pushy like some places. The fitters arrived early, and they clearly are experts. Our living room, stairs, hallway, and bedroom now look like a new home. Amazing!

We contacted Concept Carpets about matching a carpet we'd had laid a few years back in our hall which we now wanted up the stairs. The previous carpet store could no longer get the specific carpet as the range had been discontinued so suggested something close.
Mark visited and took a sample scrap of the existing carpet confident he could find a match and sure enough under a different colour name and range he did! It's not just similar but the same, great knowledge!
