Critical: Responsiveness
Came out to quote, promised following week ( Thursday / Friday). Never arrived. Promised would be sent following Monday. Nothing arrived. Request several times by SMS copy by email. Was promised would be done same day and would be messaged. After chasing again the following my Monday, no reply.

Very professional install of new Worcester Greenstar 8000 boiler and several new radiators. Rob & Ben who did the work are very nice people who not only do a superb job (amazingly neat pipework) but thoroughly clean up after work and take away all waste. Would definitely recommend RAJ Heating for all central heating work.

From the very first visit to our house Robert was very professional and very helpful. On the day of the installation Robert and his apprentice Ben talked us through the process. Robert and Ben cleared up everything after they had finished. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to have any heating done .

Flawless service. Had our boiler replaced and from start to finish the whole process was made very easy. The quote was done clearly and explained well. The fitting was done really quickly but with real attention to detail. The house was left spotless too! All our questions were answered after the fitting. Rob is really relaxed but very professional, I highly recommend!
