I had an emergency and Steve very kindly explained to me, over the phone, how to re-pressurise the boiler. I am a woman and live on my own so was very grateful. This saved a callout, so no time delay and expense incurred. It was so generous and kind of him on all levels. I have used his services before, so would highly recommend. Thank you Steve.

Steve and his boys did a total revamp of our shower room 18 months ago; we didn’t hesitate to ask them back to refit our bathroom.
Steve knows exactly what will work best when you explain what you want and will advise on tweaks to the plan. His and the boys’ attention to detail is excellent and they complete every aspect of a refit to a superb standard. We are very, very pleased with both jobs. We were recommended to Steve's business and I'm extremely glad we used them for our boiler decommission, installation of a new boiler in addition to two radiator installs. Steve and his sons were friendly, professional, gave a clear indication of when they would be coming and arrived at said time. They provided a good value quote and I will definitely use there plumbing service for our loft conversion in the new year.

Professional, courteous and punctual immediately spring to mind. Steve and Curtis removed an ancient immersion cylinder and replaced it with an up to date model. The installation proved quite a challenge but was handled with meticulous care and thoroughly checked to ensure everything was in working order. A first class job at a reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in recommending SDW Plumbing to anyone. I will certainly be asking them to deal with any future work I require.

Just had Steve out because someone (who shall remain nameless) put a screw through a central heating pipe. It was at the end of the workday and he came out, was very professional and efficient (and no crazy call out charge too). Decided to book him in to service the boiler there and then where he also immediately picked up on some other issues with the boiler (which we were aware needed doing). No reservations in recommending SDW Plumbing at all 👍

After the initial conversation where Steve turned up on time to quote the job and he urged me to get other quotes, I trusted him.
We arranged a date and a time, and the communication as well as the work began, there is a definite pride in the work as its a family business, Steve's sons Josh and Curtis were just like their father, respectful, friendly and obviously cared about and enjoyed the work. All I can say is thank you for a job well done at a reasonable price.
