We provide a repair and maintenance service for many property land lords in the South Wales area, and we work closely with them to keep costs and maintenance to a minimum. All Landlords have a legal requirement to have a Gas Safety Inspection carried out on any accommodation they are renting out. Landlord Gas Safety Inspections must be carried out every 12 months by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
