We are a husband and wife team based in Dorset and we love old and interesting furniture. Years ago when we were trying to furnish our very own little cottage, we found it difficult to buy the type of furniture we liked from the high street stores. We wanted the build quality, dimensions and style of the old with the modern range of vintage colours available today.
It was then that we decided to find our own furniture and rework it in our own style, hence Reworked Furniture was born. We now source interesting furniture, whether it be vintage, antique, modern or retro, from auctions to barn finds and rework it into something new. We use high quality chalk paints, primers, antique waxes and varnishes to create one off pieces ready for a new lease of life.

Services
We have a selection of our Reworked Furntiure on display together with over 100 other exhibitors in a huge 12,000sq ft warehouse, open 7 days a week. Our Reworked Furniture can be seen at the Dorchester Curiosity Centre. Housed in a 12,000sq ft warehouse, they are dog friendly and welcome well behaved canines and their owners, provided they are kept on a lead at all times.

We are more than happy to carry out work to your instruction. With a background in art and design we can suggest ways that we can rework your furniture to achieve the look you want.
An archive of the Reworked Furniture we have now sold. If you like a particular style or finish on any of the furniture that you see, you can commission us to apply them to your own pieces.
