A big thank you to Lewis Moore of East Goscote Plumbers! Lewis rang on Monday to arrange a time to come and sort out a leak in one of the radiators and talked me through re-pressurising the boiler so I could get the heating and hot water back up and running in the meantime. He arrived bright and early Friday morning to sort out the leak and was friendly, respectful of any Covid-rules and put my mind at rest about the boiler too. Thanks very much Lewis for a job well done.

Moved to a new build property. Radiators x 2 started to leak 3 days before Christmas. Contacted Jelson Homes who said they would let plumbers know but couldn't guarantee they would arrived before Christmas. Just so happened that Lewis Moore (plumber) was on the street visiting a neighbour so I nipped across and asked if he would take a quick look at radiators if he had time. He was more than accommodating, sorted radiators within a few minutes. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend him. Thanks again!

Woke up to my boiler not working, completely shut off. Got hold of these guys at 8:30am, after a brief phone call they had a good idea of what the issue was. Due to my boiler being quite old the part was quite expensive, they pointed me in the direction of a company nearby that refurbished parts. I went and picked it up and they fitted it.
What could have been easily a £400 job was just over £100 all in. Really appreciate they didn't have to do that, and saved me a lot of money in the process.

We are currently in a rented property and our letting agent use East Goscote Plumbers. I cannot speak highly enough about them! Nathan came to install a boiler and was a very polite and professional guy. His workmanship was to a very high standard. I was able to ask questions regarding the installation and he was happy to take the time to answer.
Before leaving he ensured that I was happy with everything and showed how it all worked.
