I recently sent some items to Jamaica and after shipping I came to my attention that I had enclosed the wrong address and phone number on my account, I call transpak shipping and it was sorted out in no time, I even received calls and text messages out of office hours to keep me informed about the contact between Jamaica and the Uk . Used Transpakship recently to ship some items to my home country in the Caribbean and I must say I am very pleased with the service I received. They were recommended by a friend and I have no regrets. Professional Staff, Everything arrived on time, in the same condition I sent. Initial details given to me regarding the Agency in receiving country that processed paperwork, was different to what was given upon arrival, however, this made no difference. Everything went well. Recipients were impressed indeed with the service. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future
