Would love to leave a better review as the quality of the carpet is quite nice, but a warning to other customers who may be rushed or have gotten used to picking things digitally during covid, their online samples, while most seem to be decently accurate, are completely false for the martini colour. It is beige, not grey. Nowhere on the website does it say these colours are not to be taken as accurate representations, and it's the only problem of this kind we've had after having to choose most of our house digitally because of covid vulnerabilities.

OUR WONDERFUL TEKSILK SYMPHONY CARPET
We made a purchase of the Elements London TEKSILK Symphony collection just before Christmas 2017 for our whole house and we are amazed at how wonderful the softness and appearance still is.
We called Elements to ask about stain resistance and aftercare and the young gentleman we spoke to was very helpful and gave us some very easy to use information which has helped a great deal.
I would recommend this carpet brand to anyone who is looking for a luxurious carpet for their home.
