We assist a number of estate property managers and their contractors to carry out high level maintenance work, electrical work, roofing surveys, property maintenance, cleaning work and tree surgery etc. We have available for hire with operator our Iveco vehicle mounted access platform, which has a 12.5m Skyking boom.
We carried out rain water goods clearing on a large commercial business park. The agent for the landlord had received a number of reports from tenants of water ingress into premises. This is now carried out as part of an annual preventative maintenance programme. We carried out thinning of an amenity belt of trees for a property management company.
