Avoid - If I could give zero stars , I would. Like others, I have sent several unanswered emails. Left messages on voicemail as my call ‘is important to us and will be returned as soon as possible’ over the last four weeks. After spending nearly £2k in April, my order was incomplete and originally assured missing items would be sent. Since then, silence. Their are other sellers that have provided a more satisfactory experience - despite COVID.

Rubbish company to get hold of and order from. I have tried calling continually over the last week, sent emails and left messages on the answer phone to try and order a garden kitchen. Not once have they had the curtesy to call me back and take my order. I have now used a company called Garden Trends and they are very prompt and courteous.

I recently ordered the Masterbuilt 800 ready for the bank holiday weekend and my daughter birthday. Unfortunately, with the party looming, there was an issue with the delivery of the BBQ (logistic company errors, not Gardenbox's fault). I contact Mark at GardenBox and he went out of his way to get the product to me ASAP. Responding to emails at 7am and even paying for a special courier to pick up the BBQ from a depot and have it delivered to me in time for the bank holiday weekend. The product arrived in great condition and was exactly what i expected but what really stands out is the AMAZING customer

Thank you Rick for all your help and advice with the purchase of my new bbq. From the first call that I made to discuss a bbq I’ve had first class help. There was no pressure to buy or to purchase the most expensive bbq. I was given lots of choice with a couple being cheaper than the one I eventually chose. Rick then put a custom bundle of free extras together for my needs. My expectations were exceeded when delivery was arranged ahead of the suggested timescale, with regular updates. I took delivery of my Napoleon Pro 825 yesterday and have used it today to bbq for myself and wife. The steak

We had a great experience purchasing from Gardenbox. Mark was extremely helpful guiding us through the options and what he doesn't know about BBQ's is probably not worth knowing. He offers a very personal service and arranged for our BBQ to be delivered in 24 hours. We would highly recommend this firm and will continue to use them whenever we require accessories or garden furniture.

Poor experience so far making it difficult to recommend. I placed an order mid-December, expect this to arrive within 3-5 days (i.e. plenty of time for a Christmas gift) but am still waiting. No proactive updates from them, initial email I sent went unanswered for over a week and no one returned my call. Eventually was advised that their Kamado Joe delivery expected before Christmas never arrived but the replacement order was due to be delivered last week and that once received my item would be dispatched to me on next day delivery. Still no update or item several days later. Phones remain unanswered

Bit of a gem. It's hidden on the outskirts of Farnworth. Inside is small but with plenty of BBQs packed in along with a range of quality garden furniture. It's intimidating when you first go in because their lines are clearly aimed more towards the high end market. "Rick" who I assume is the owner was nice and relaxed and not at all pushy. He's certainly knowledgeable and it's worth listening to his advice. He didn't try to push me towards his high end stick or even try to upsell with overpriced accessories. I've since bought a BBQ and some ex display furniture in store and accessories and sauces
