We had just had a Luxury click vinyl floor put down before christmas. After doing much research we purchased the LVT online at a significant discount and then had our builder lay it. Within a few days cracks started to appear and the tiles separated, the joins cracked and there was a short back and forth beween the online retailer and our builder. It became clear we would have no settlement and was best to walk away from the situation. At this point we turned to partnership flooring, they were non judgemental, very well informed on the products and didnt try to push us towards anything we didnt
