For over 30 years, Charles Geddes Carpets Ltd has been providing a premier service to the homes and businesses of North Wiltshire. We have spent the majority of that time in Swindon, before recently relocating to Royal Wootton Bassett. Over the years, we have seen many different trends and tastes in flooring.

Do not use this shop. They cancelled carpet fitting 3 times. The carpet fitters came by and went away because they said they couldn’t do the job. We contracted for moving furniture as we are elderly. They said we have got too much furniture but the guy from the shop came here and saw the furniture. This is disgraceful. Very upset. Very upset again. They cancelled today again. All time and effort we put into this.

Terrible service and product. The only reason they came back to finish the job was we logged a complaint with the small claims court.They sent a contracter out to sort out the mess and he was shocked (especially when he pulled up the floor to see that geddes workmen had tried to rectify their terrible work by stuffing the floor packaging under our floor boards!) I have pictures of the whole comedy and three years later we are looking to replace the whole floor as we just can't live with it anymore

Fantastic personal service, great value, a real pleasure to deal with. My chosen carpets & vinyl are beautifully fitted & have transformed the house. Massive selection of carpets,flooring and rugs all available next day and fitting times much quicker than any other shop iv been too. Leroy really helpful, no sales pitch, just try to help you find the right flooring for your budget. Used them a couple of times for carpets and laminate flooring, fitters do a good quick job. Thanks and will be using again

Went to Charles Geddes because I could not get satisfactory assurances from other suppliers concerning furniture movement and standards of installation.
Received such assurances from Charles Geddes and they were carried out to our entire satisfaction.
They even turned the offcuts into handy mats.
They will be first supplier we will contact when we have any future requirements in this area.
