Services
When measuring a room simply ensure you measure the longest point and the widest point (don't forget to go into the doorway). Draw a birds-eye view of the Landing and hallway (as shown below). Remember to make a note of were the stairs are and which way is down with a arrow. In these examples note I have measured over the top stair.
Vacuum regularly this stops the grit and dust getting trapped in the carpet fibres which creates premature wear. Use the thin hose attachment on the vacuum around the skirting boards this is a big dust trap and a lot of modern homes get a discoloured carpet around the skirting board from builders dust drawing up through the gaps in the skirting which comes from behind the dry lined walls.

What can I say, amazing. We had the flooring done though out the whole house. Howard helped advise us on carpets and vinyl flooring. We had a very uneven kitchen floor and he advised what we could do, very knowledgable. Dan the fitter was brilliant. He is such a perfectionist and did a great job. Tyler who works with Dan is a lovely lad, both are hard working, very responsible and helpful.
I can’t recommend The Carpet Shop enough, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed.

Went to the usual carpet/flooring shops and wasn't really impressed by the range however, The Carpet Shop had plenty and in a reasonably small showroom! The staff were very friendly and the service we received was excellent.
We purchased LVT wood effect flooring, which looks exceptional, the fitter was very knowledgeable and friendly too. The price was more reasonable than their better known competitors and we are very happy with the final result.
