I would highly recommend using Top Surveyors. Considering it is the busiest time ever in the property market, they were faultless in their service and keeping me informed. They were cheaper than another quote I had and could do the report in a faster time frame too. They also took time to speak to me on the phone and explain the process, as this was the first time I was buying a non new build house. I would use them again with no hesitation.

The service provided by Top Surveyors was great, they were able to accommodate my requests and fit in a survey within a week. They were quick to respond to any queries and the Building Survey report i requested was very easy to understand. The surveyor who undertook the full building survey called me after the survey and also responded to my queries which was appreciated. Overall Top Surveyors live up to their name!
