Access builders have completed large and small projects over the last 3 years from an extension, garden fence, electric gate, tree house, fitting kitchen, upgrade boiler, rewiring, fitting new bathrooms,… composite decking. We have always been exceptionally happy with the level of service received from Kevin and Gary. The tradesmen are all very professional and special thanks to Mark who has been excellent.

Access Builders completed a renovation of the top floor of our townhouse in Autumn 2018. The work included new rooflights, a pre-fab dormer, knocking down walls to create a new bathroom and hall space and a lot of insulation work internally and externally. The work was completed to time and budget - 8 weeks - AMAZING!! The guys on-site were… extremely courteous and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We couldn't recommend Access Builders enough. They just finished an extension on our house and we are so pleased with the finish. The whole process was made really straightforward by Kevin and the team. They were here every day (even in the awful snow!) and were really considerate of us still living in the house. Access went above and beyond and we would definitely go to them again for any future work.

We had Access in our house for around 7/8 weeks knocking down a wall for kitchen remodel, replacing window with French doors and also building an ensuite to the master bedroom. At the time I had a 6 month old and a 2.5 year old and was so nervous about the mess etc as we were living in the house whilst work was being done. Kev and his team were… fantastic. Punctual, reliable, friendly, super helpful and just made the whole experience so much better than I thought it would be. Work was completed well within the timeframe and we are delighted with the results. Couldn't recommend enough!

Kevin & the Access Building team built an extension to the rear of my house & remodelled the existing 2 back rooms in the summer of 2015. Everything went to plan & budget & I was more than happy with the end result. The team were extremely professional & Kevin had all snagging items dealt with timely & to a highly finished standard. Would highly recommend Access to anyone wanting building works done on their house.

When we decided on an extension,we were apprehensive on choosing a reliable builder that we could work with. However our concerns were soon alleviated when we met Kevin, he explained everything in detail. When the work commenced he kept us informed of what was happening, and was always available to answer any questions that we may ask. Overall I would certainly 100% recommend Acces Builders

Kevin and his team kept everything on schedule and on budget. Happy for him to use pictures of our new extension and kitchen. No nonsense, no waffle just quality work. Neat,tidy and polite workers who worked… round our needs. Old useless conservatory transformed into a fantastic summer room/kitchen with a bathroom remodel as well. Cannot fault anything.

Kevin and Access helped us from the very start of our project through to completion. Extremely knowledgeable and able to put us in contact with architects, surveyours. Once the project began the Access team were amazing, quick, professional always courteous and willing to help and advise. The work carried out was to an extremely high level and we couldn't be happier.
