After a water leak had been identified, RW disconnected the worn out header tank and installed a new tank and fittings. Ray was excellent in all he did. He brought the time forward twice to fit in with problems I have . The job was completed quickly and very tidyly and at a very realistic price. I recommend him wholeheartedly, not only for his work but also as a fully trustworthy tradesman.

Rang with details saying I wanted a new radiator to be fitted and was promised a return call that evening but am still waiting three days later. But he's not alone two others have proved to be similarly not bothered. This sort of approach is so unprofessional and does not make one feel confident in the service they are likely to provide.

We were looking for a local Plumber and found, through Google search, R.W. Electrical Plumbing and Heating.
We phoned, at 9 am reporting our problem, and received the excellent reply. "We will be with you by 10 am".
Ray arrived before 10 to find our problem was a most elusive leak from a central heating pipe. We are in an Old Cottage and unfortunately the Micro Bore Pipes are set into the solid floor. Water was oozing up in a corner of the room. After careful investigation Ray found the leak some 10 ft away from where the water was oozing out.
He was very helpful and explained what his suspicions
