Tony provided a superb service when I needed an additional key for my van. He was patient in dealing with my dumb questions and responsive when keeping me up to date on progress etc. What I thought would be a simple task proved far more challenging. My existing key was worn quite badly and creating a copy that worked in the ignition was tricky. Tony managed to resolve the issue with minimum of drama. He'll now be my go-to for all lock related requirements.
