Simon came to fix the mechanism on our upvc patio doors. He could have said we needed a new locking strip (at great cost) but instead got the one we have in working order. Friendly service too! Simon was fantastic. We had been burgled and he came around on a Sunday to change the locks. I was impressed as he did not take advantage of the situation and was very helpful at a difficult time.
He even spoke to the Police when they arrived. I would certainly recommend him. Saved the day! Cannot fault this locksmith- we were locked out with 2 very small kids and he was with us within 15 minutes and we were back in the house within minutes of his arrival. Informative, friendly, professional tradesman who we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone we know!
Brand new house, picked up the keys and it broke in the lock. Was panic stricken but contacted curly locks chap on the suggestion of estate agents and he turned up 15 minutes later. Excellent service with extra security suggestions and reasonably priced.

I don't leave reviews very often, only when I'm annoyed or very happy. Simon made me very happy. I have had a front door lock that kept sticking for ages and it finally came to a head when I was stuck in the house while my online shop was outside. I sent him a text and Simon called me straight back and we arranged for my lock to be replaced. He came, he fixed it really quickly and even resolved the problem of the sides sticking for no extra cost. He also went the extra mile and fixed a living room door for me which no longer opened and closed. He was brilliant and professional. Will keep him as

Cannot recommend Simon enough! After a scare with our front door at our student house and our letting agents/landlord refusing to come and fix it that night, Simon came over within an hour and sorted this for us. He even refused to bill us directly and said he would sort this out with the letting agents himself, which was so kind and we are very grateful. Thank you Simon!

I called Simon to help open a safe that belonged to my elderly in laws. He was able to call out the next day. The battery had gone and the override keys wouldn’t work. Despite my father in laws best efforts to mess up the mechanisms Simon was very kind and patient and persevered until he was able to open the safe. Great service from a very professional company.

I honestly cannot praise this company's service enough ,got to me less then ten minutes on a Sunday night!! I was quoted a very reasonable price .overall my "lockout" took 25 mins from first call to getting in the house ,the work done was first class to say the very least and met with a "no job too small" attitude and super friendly approach .I would strongly recommend using Curley locks as you're first and only choice! don't spend hours on the phone like I did before hand getting frustrated ! 🤷🏻♂️

When my bag was stolen on Sunday 3rd June containing my house and car keys, plus mobile, the police called Curley Locks Locksmith for me. Simon Curley arrived within 10 minutes and quickly changed both the yale and mortis locks on the front door giving me 3 new keys each. He was fast, efficient, polite and friendly and cleared up any mess left from the drilling. It was an excellent job. He is definitely the person you need in an emergency.
