After I had a bad experience with a so called Locksmith, who I later found out was a national company and NOT local like he was advertising. I got highly recommended City Locksmiths Cardiff by a work colleague. I contacted Nick and he arranged to pop in and identify the problem with the front door. Nick got to the problem straight away and gave me a price to carry out the work. He replaced the faulty mechanism on the composite door and realigned it, he also upgraded my lock to a British Standard. My front door jammed and wouldn't open or lock. I called first thing Monday morning and was seen the same day. A temporary fix was done and 3 days later a brand new locking mechanism and barrel were fitted and the door working perfectly.
I couldn't fault the standard of work, the speed in which it was done in and the professionalism!

Nick was super friendly, and really knowledgable about the different types of locks. We had a front door which was difficult to open by hand and he upgraded our lock and found an easier latch for my weak arms to open. he was really nice about it and helped us out a lot! great service, super quick and offers a 1 year guarantee too. thank you Nick! :)
