Services
The windows will come with integrated solid glazing bars and individual toughened double glazed glass units. All double glazed units will be made with Planitherm, which is a low 'E' soft thermal coating added to the inner pane of the glass. Windows to come supplied with two coats of Dulux weathershield undercoat, and two coats of Dulux weathershield gloss finish.
Installation of new staff and parting beads that come with a built-in weatherpile & the meeting rails will have a draught proof gasket brush Fitted which will efficiently draughtproof the whole window. Casement frames to have draft proofing gaskets fitted to the rebates which will efficiently provide draught proofing to the whole window.
We use double glazing with incorporated Planitherm, which is a low 'E' soft thermal coating added to the inner pane of the glass. I am really happy with the repair and service to my sash window. The appointment was made within a couple of days by the owner, Paul, and the work was carried out by Terry, a well mannered and very nice young man who did a fabulous job. He was very able and knew his stuff. He left my home clean and tidy. I opted to spend a little more on a total service and draught proofing, and it was well worth it. I can now open and close it with ease . Do not think twice about Period Sash Windows. They were brilliant.

Paul couldn't have been more helpful. We are renting out our property on short term lets and a guest had just checked in and couldn't shut our sash window. Paul very kindly squeezed me at the last minute to get the window closed before we can book in a full repair. Friendly, professional and very responsive service. Highly recommend!

Paul and his team came highly recommended and I now understand why. Responsive and helpful from the start, Paul advised us on options for sorting out our sash windows. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and was brilliant at suggesting how to repair and renovate without breaking the bank. It was clear he is a craftsman not a salesman. Paul and his team were perfect: on time, very pleasant and professional. They even took the time to redo part the wooden frame that was not in the original quote. I had been recmmended by a friend who is a professional decorator to use Period Sash Windows in Muswell Hil to replace some original casement windows that were 100 years old.I wanted to maintain the character of the house and this was importantant. The overall standatd of the finished work was outstanding.Paul and Andreas have a wealth of experience between them and this shows in the way that they work. Attention to detail was foremost and they have the skills and knowledge to solve those little problems that arise as the job progresses.The wood that they use is Sapele from the same family as mahogany

I have single glazed sash windows which I am replacing for double glazed. I have had two replaced so far and am extremely pleased with the results. I will be having the rest of the windows replaces in the new year. The attention to detail is excellent, and where possible repair and restoration was carried out rather than replacing. I live in a Victorian terrace and want to retain the character and original appearance of the property where possible. I would highly recommend.
