Because I focus and concentrates on small repairs this means I am more flexible and responsive to customers who may need my services at short notice. I also carry various spare parts so most jobs can be completed on the first visit if the customer agrees to the cost.

Human nature says I will change them when they expire. Due to the high cost of electricity this thinking is no longer relivent and can be costly as you can see below. LED technology is improving and is now more cost effective so with energy costs continuing to rise this could be a good time to change over.
After a completing a risk assessment that includes safety implications. With this in mind PPE requirements of face masks, gloves, high viz jacket will be used at all times. Also keep your distance safety signs will be used on all jobs. This moves the onus of responsibility onto the owners who now find they have a legal duty of care for repair and maintenance ensuring the stair lighting is operational.
I focus on good customer service and satisfaction that assists me to get return work which could aid your business with regards to electrical maintenance. Well, initially you send me an work order or instruction via email with the property and the current tenants details and I then organise a visit that suits the tenant.
AEW offers a storage heater repair service in the Edinburgh area for the residential, rental and commercial customers. Also due to new regulations AEW is unable to install storage heaters. Due to warranty issues AEW is unable to get involved with customers who want to supply their own equipment. Storage heaters have heat retaining bricks fitted inside along with electric heater elements.

After calling Andy he gave advice over the phone before coming out was ontime and very professional and knowledgeable this guy really knows his stuff and clearly shows his 40 years experience in the trade.
Incredible fault finding had us back up and running in no time he is the AA of electrics and and an absolute gentleman won't use anyone else in the future this guy goes above and beyond!!

I had a bit of an emergency and my building’s maintenance staff recommended Andy. He was extremely polite, professional and kind. The issue turned out to be a simple one but he still took the time to walk me through it carefully and make sure it was resolved. I really appreciated that.
