Truely excellent service. My frail elderly father who lives alone had to replace a failed fridge freezer at short notice. A new appliance was delivered and installed within 24 hours. My father realised the door would have to be rehung to open the other way so he could easily access food. He phoned the store and a very senior manager came promptly and dealt with it personally, out of pure kindness!! What a special family business this is! Genuine values!

We made a purchase in the store of 2 electrical appliances. Mark in the dept knew both the products we were looking at which was extremely helpful in our decisions. Delivery was made and right at the time given, no waiting around. Service in Smith Pattersons has always be fantastic, with very experienced staff.

Be prepared to get lost. Really, this store is huge. It looks fairly small and unassuming from the front, but it stretches back a fair distance once you get inside. It can get rather busy in the main entrance area on a Saturday, so be prepared for a few elbows digging in. Don't forget to venture to the upstairs floors too. And if you are shopping with family, tell each other which section you are heading to or agree to meet at the entrance by a certain time as it is possible to miss each other (I know from experience!).
